Passionfruit Martini
Ingredients
- 60 ml vodka
- 30 ml Simply Syrups passionfruit puree
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Simply Syrups rich sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Passionfruit seeds or a lime twist for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of vodka, 30 ml of passionfruit puree, 15 ml of fresh lime juice, and 15 ml of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and blend the ingredients well.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- If desired, garnish the cocktail with a few passionfruit seeds or a twist of lime.
- Serve and enjoy your Passionfruit Martini!
