Cancelled Orders and Returns
You have 7 days from the day after receiving the goods to cancel your contract, as per the Distance Selling Act. The goods must be returned in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a resalable state. Responsibility for the goods remains with you until they are received and signed for by us.
Return and Refund Policy
Simply Syrups provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Simply Syrups will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 1% administration fee. Return of unwanted orders/items incurs a handling fee to cover processing, as mentioned above. If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product, the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference.
Coupons
Only one coupon and free shipping discount can be used per purchase/order, including promotional coupons, influencer coupons, newsletter subscription coupons, etc. If more than one coupon with free shipping is used for an online transaction, Simply Syrups reserves the right to cancel the order. Using more than one coupon with free shipping during checkout means any incurred shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Stock
Simply Syrups will make reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and remove listed products from our website when they are no longer available.
