Peach Bellini

90 ml prosecco or sparkling wine

60 ml Simply Syrups peach fruit puree

15 ml peach schnapps (optional for extra peach flavour)

Sliced peach or a raspberry for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of peach fruit puree and, if desired, 15 ml of peach schnapps.
- Fill the glass with ice (optional) or use chilled ingredients for a crisper drink.
- Stir the mixture gently to combine the peach puree and schnapps (if using).
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or a wine glass.
- Carefully pour 90 ml of prosecco or sparkling wine into the glass to top it off. The combination should create a delightful fizz.
- If you like, you can garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh peach or a raspberry for added visual appeal.
