Mango Fruit Puree Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60 ml vodka
- 60 ml Simply Syrups mango fruit puree
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Simply Syrups rich sugar (adjust to taste, depending on the sweetness of your mango puree)
- Ice
- Mango slices or a mint sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of vodka, 60 ml of mango fruit puree, 30 ml of fresh lime juice, and 15 ml of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and blend the ingredients well.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. You can use a martini glass or a rocks glass, depending on your preference.
- If desired, garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint.
