Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 30 ml Simply Syrups Watermelon Syrup
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 90 ml club soda
  • Ice
  • Watermelon slice or mint sprig for garnish (optional)

instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 60 ml of vodka, 30 ml of Watermelon Syrup, and 30 ml of fresh lime juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and blend the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass, such as a highball glass.
  5. Top off the glass with 90 ml of club soda for a sparkling finish.
  6. If desired, garnish the cocktail with a watermelon slice or a sprig of fresh mint.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Watermelon Cooler!
