Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 60 ml whiskey (bourbon or rye)
- 30 ml Simply Syrups Sweet & Sour Syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon slice and a maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)
instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of whiskey, 30 ml of Sweet & Sour Syrup, and 15 ml of fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and mix the ingredients well.
- Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- If desired, garnish the cocktail with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve and enjoy your Whiskey Sour!
