Passionfruit Martini

Ingredients

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 30 ml Simply Syrups passionfruit puree
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml Simply Syrups rich sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • Passionfruit seeds or a lime twist for garnish (optional)

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of vodka, 30 ml of passionfruit puree, 15 ml of fresh lime juice, and 15 ml of simple syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and blend the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
  5. If desired, garnish the cocktail with a few passionfruit seeds or a twist of lime.
  6. Serve and enjoy your Passionfruit Martini!
